Over 30,000 inmates walk into our facility
each year. There are currently 1300 plus inmates living
behind these walls. While they are here, they are afforded
the privilege of watching television; a television is
located in every cell block for their viewing.
Just imagine for a moment the impact that it
would have on your business if you could advertise your law

an interest to every one of these potential customers.
Well, thanks to the innovative thinking of
the Virginia Beach Sheriff’s Office, the dream has now
become reality.
Beginning December 15, 2009, the Sheriff’s
Office will offer an innovative advertising opportunity to
our community. For an affordable fee, anyone with an
interest to advertise to our inmates will be able to do just
that.
Advertising space will be sold to the first
75 interested providers. The ad will feature your business
information on a static display that will be broadcasted to
our inmates for six hours a day, seven days a week!
Even More For Your Money!
For the same dollar, you will also receive
advertising in our central processing area. The large
screen television operates 24 hour a day, 7 day a week.
This feature will allow your ad to be viewed by every
incoming and outgoing inmate. Also, another large screen
television is placed within our visitation lobby, and can be
viewed by anyone visiting the correctional center. These
two features are a great advantage to law practices, and
bail bonding agencies!
And The Courthouse Too!
The Sheriff’s office also controls three
large screen televisions in the courthouse. The televisions
run constantly during regular court hours, and are
strategically placed so that every customer of the court can
view them. Here is another great advantage for law
practices, and bail bonding agencies!
